The Chip Bin Cleanout Kit is designed to install into the existing Tormach Chip bin, note this will require modifying the front of the chip bin to allow for the tray to sit inside the bin.  Once installed this Chip tray will allows chips to fall into the bin, designed to slope away from the front of the machine to drain off coolant while the machine is running. The kit now includes the high-volume chip tray by default however for people who may run other materials dry or with minimal coolant we still offer the standard Coolant Tray P/N: LC22000012.

Clear the chip bin without having to stop the machine or having to roll out the bin, now you can save your back, save time and keep machining.

IMPORTANT NOTE
In order to install this kit, the owner of the machine will need to remove a portion from the front of the existing chip bin to install the chip tray.  To perform this modification the user will need to cut using a saw and/or grinder, be sure to use caution while doing any cutting and wear all appropriate personal protective equipment to avoid bodily harm.
